Refund policy
All sales are final. All orders are custom made to order specifically for you, based on your selections. As such, we are unable to refund orders. However, we know it is important to feel good about your purchase. Please review the sizing guide before placing an order to ensure a proper fit. Please contact us with any question before placing an order. We use quality products that should last you for years with proper care, as such, we include care instructions in all packages. We strive for every customer to be pleased with their order. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or in error, please notify us by email (backbaybeadcompany@gmail.com) within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please include pictures. If you placed an order with a mistake in selections on your part (size, spelling) please email backbaybeadcompany@gmail.com ASAP. If your jewelry has not been mailed out we can correct it. If your jewelry was already mailed or has arrived: customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, as well as a restringing fee of $5 per bracelet. Thank you for supporting our small business.
